This flight is now in the flight list of both crew members.

If you forgot to add the other pilot’s name when logging or importing
In your Flights tab, select the flight and click “EDIT”.
– If the other pilot is a CloudAhoy Buddy, type his/her name.
– Otherwise, enter the other pilot’s email address.
This flight is now in the flight list of both crew members.

Pilots' Roles

For good bookkeeping, make sure you define each of the pilots’ roles. For example, you can define yourself as “instructor” and the other pilot as “student”, and set one of the pilots as PIC. You can always edit the flight and change these assignments.

If you plan on exporting the flight to LogTen Pro X, see this topic for information about how CloudAhoy treats the different crew member roles when exporting.
